Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. Delivery is £9.95 for one six-bottle case and free from two cases (twelve bottles). Delivery timing is confirmed after purchase.

Alcohol can only be accepted by someone aged 18 or over. Our delivery partners apply Challenge 25 and may request photographic identification.

Returns and problems

If your wine arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, email us promptly with your order number and photographs where relevant. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

You may tell us within 14 days of delivery that you wish to return unopened, undamaged wine. Unless the goods are faulty or incorrect, return carriage is your responsibility. Refunds are made to the original payment method after the returned goods are received. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
